La Iglesia es extranjera aquí, mas el Señor
En tanto ella le espera infúndele valor;
Con mano poderosa presto la tomará
Al cielo, do gloriosa se la presentará
Y en ella gozará.

Alcemos pues la frente, hermanos: ¡A luchar!
Es Cristo suficiente, Él nos hará triunfar;
Del Padre es Hijo amado, de nos fiel Salvador,
A quien de allá esperado, sirvamos con amor
Hasta el eterno albor.
3.
Sí, se acerca el reposo, la aurora empieza ya;
Vendrá pronto el Esposo, la Iglesia le verá;
De Espíritu ella plena, bendice a su Señor
Por Él nuestra alma goza, y exclama con fervor:
¡Amén, pues ven Señor!

Encourages her - while she awaits him;
With his powerful hand he will soon take her
