¡Oh Dios, nuestro Padre!, nos das el entrar
Por fe en tu gracia, celestial lugar;
Pues Tú nos has dado en Cristo el Señor
La prueba perfecta de tu grande amor.
2.
Por Él ya gozamos plena salvación,
Nos obró su muerte reconciliación;
Por su cruz vencemos al «yo» y al pecar
Y el alma confía con Jesús triunfar.
3.
Por Ti esforzados en gracia al andar,
Paz, fe y esperanza nos has de aumentar;
Del erial las pruebas, penas y aflicción,
Tú, ¡oh Dios!, lo cambias todo en bendición.

By faith now to enter the heavenly place;
To us You have given in Jesus the Lord
The proof of Your great love – Your name be adored.
2.
By Him we enjoy full salvation and free,
Reconciliation through death on the tree.
By His cross we conquer ourselves and our sin;
Our souls trust in Jesus the triumph to win.
3.
By You we are strengthened to walk in Your ways,
Peace, faith, hope and blessing increase by Your grace;
From wastelands of sorrow, our suffering and pain
O God, You do change to pure blessing and gain.
