¡Se rasgó el velo!

¡Rasgó-se el velo!, ya no más
Distancia mediará;
Al trono mismo de su Dios
El alma llegará.

¡Rasgó-se el velo!, ¡sombras id!
La luz resplandeció;
El rostro mismo de su Dios
Jesús ya reveló.
3.
¡Rasgó-se el velo! hecha está
Eterna redención;
El alma pura y limpia ya
No teme perdición.
4.
¡Rasgó-se el velo! Dios abrió
Los brazos de su amor;
Entrar podemos donde entró
Jesús el Salvador.
5.
Entremos, pues ¡oh adorad!
Al Dios de amor y luz;
Las preces y las gracias dad
En nombre de Jesús.

The veil is rent! There is no distance anymore;
To the throne of his God, the soul can come.
2.
The veil is rent! Go, shadow! The light shone;
Jesus has revealed the face of God Himself.
3.
The veil is rent! The eternal redemption is made;
The pure and cleansed soul does not fear perdition anymore.
4.
The veil is rent! God has opened the arms of His love;
We may enter where Jesus the Savior entered.
5.
Let us enter, oh adore, to the God of love and light;
Bring the prayers and thanks in the name of Jesus.
