123. Señor Jesús, rendimos-te loor

Señor Jesús, rendimos-te loor,
De Ti emana toda bendición,
Respondiendo toda el alma a tu amor
Ya te tributa feliz sumisión.
2.
Contemplamos en tu bendita faz
Gloria divina revelada aquí,
A los tuyos esperanzas Tú das:
«Creéis en Dios, pues creed también en Mí.»
3.
En Ti estamos, tu vida es nuestra ya,
La paz dejaste, tu paz, ¡sumo don!
Gozo eterno tu voz nos brinda acá
Y nos trajiste a tu comunión.

Dijiste Tú: «Os ama el Padre Dios»
Pues su verdad, su amante corazón
Revelaste; de su gracia la voz
Por Ti escuchamos, ¡celestial canción!
5.
Del Padre el don nos diste a conocer
En tu persona, ¡suma bendición!
Tus hermanos, podemos en Ti ver
De amor la gloria, ¡celestial visión!

Every blessing emanates from You,
The soul is answering everything to Your love
Already renders You happy submission.

We contemplate in Your blessed face
The divine glory revealed here,
You give hopes to Yours:
“You believe in God, so, believe also in Me.”

We are in You, Your life is already ours,
You gave Your peace, highest gift!
Your voice offers us eternal delight here
And You brought us to Your fellowship.
4.
You said: “God the Father loves You”
So You revealed His truth, His loving heart;
The voice of His grace
We listen through You, celestial song!
5.
You gave us the Father’s gift to know
In Your person, full blessing!
Your brothers, we may see in You
The glory of Your love, celestial vision!
