Señor, tu gloria celestial
Podemos por la fe mirar,
No alcanza el ojo del mortal
Aquella gloria vislumbrar.

De lo alto donde Cristo está
Entronizado, su esplendor
Ilumina a su Iglesia acá,
En tanto aguarda a su Señor.
3.
El Primogénito allí
En gloria, es nuestro precursor,
Quien quiere todo compartir
Con sus hermanos en su amor.
4.
De nuestro Padre tal amor
Ya disfrutamos en verdad,
De todo bien es el Autor
Y dura por la eternidad.

La nueva Creación de Dios
Destella en esta oscuridad:
Amor, verdad, divina voz,
Fragancia de su caridad.

Lord, through faith we can see Your heavenly glory;
The mortal eye cannot visualize that glory.

His splendor shines on his church here below,
